The Central Park Recreation Facility is managed by a joint Board of Directors.  The 5 member board includes 3 representatives from Phase II, and 2 representatives for Phase 1.  The Board has responsibility for maintenance, budget, events, and safety for the pool, tennis courts, and playground.
